Chairman and CEO Meritage Homes Corporation

Hilton co-founded Meritage Homes in 1985. The company grew to $3.4 billion in 2006, was the first 100 percent Energy Starqualified public home builder in 2010 and named “Energy Star Builder of the Year” in 2011. Hilton serves as a director of Leading Builders of America and chairs its energy-efficiency working group.
