Toll Brothers Joint Venture to Kick Off Charlotte Project
Toll Brothers Apartment Living, in partnership with International Capital, will develop a new 348-unit luxury multifamily community in Charlotte, North Carolina, which will be the company’s first project in the state. Located near the Rivergate shopping center, the development secured a $56.8 million construction loan from TD Bank and will feature one-, two- and three- bedroom units across seven residential buildings. Planned amenities include a resort-style pool, coworking spaces, fitness centers, and a pet spa, with Toll Brothers also handling property management.
