KTGY recognized at the Great American Living Awards
KTGY earned nine awards of excellence at the 2025 Great American Living Awards (GALA). GALA is presented by Northern Virginia Building Industry Association, the Washington Metropolitan Sales and Marketing Council, and the Maryland Building Industry Association. It is widely considered one of the most prestigious awards in residential design.

Ft. and Over), $850,000 – $999,999 for the Torrey at Hampstead in Stafford, Virginia with Atlantic Builders, Best Design and Architecture, Attached Home, Including Townhouses, Two-over-Two’s, Back-to-Back – Townhouses and Duplexes, Fee Simple and Condo-Ownership, $700,000 – $849,999 for the Bellamy at Northpark Lofts in North Bethesda, Maryland with Tri Pointe Homes, Best Design and Architecture, Multi-Family New Construction, Mixed-Use for the Atwell on Spring in Silver Spring, Maryland with Bozzuto, Best Design and Architecture, Free-Standing Clubhouse, Over 6,000 Sq. Ft. for the Parkland St. Charles Clubhouse in White Plains, Maryland with Lennar, Best Living Space or Architectural Feature in a Product or Product Line, Under $2,000,000 for the Torrey at Hampstead in Stafford, Virginia with Atlantic Builders.
