Toll Brothers announces new President and Chief Operating Officer
Toll Brothers, the nation’s largest luxury homebuilder, announced on May 13, 2026, Seth J. Ring will succeed Robert Parahus as President and Chief Operating Officer. Ring will also join the Board of Directors. A 22-year veteran of the company who currently serves as Executive Vice President will begin this role starting June 30, 2026.
Parahus will continue to work closely with the company as a senior advisor.

Yearley, Jr., Executive Chairman of Toll Brothers. “Rob’s business acumen, unwavering dedication, and trusted guidance have been invaluable to me and the Company over the many years we have worked together. I wish him well in the future as he looks forward to his well-earned retirement. Seth is also a proven leader with over two decades of experience at the Company, and he is the perfect person to succeed Rob in this role.”
