Trumark Homes Opens Three Neighborhoods at Riverstone in Central California

Three-hundred-and-eleven one- and two-story single-family homes are available within Ariette, Emery and Artisan neighborhoods in Riverstone’s Park District

Fresno, Calif.,Trumark Homes, the award-winning Western U.S. homebuilder, announced today that homes are now available within the 2,000-acre master-planned community of Riverstone in Madera, California. The Ariette and Emery model homes are open from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., seven days per week. The Artisan model homes are open Friday through Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The three neighborhoods combine to include 311 single-family homes with Spanish, Craftsman and Tuscan architectural styles in Riverstone’s Park District. Riverstone, which is set to include a total of eight districts upon build out, has received numerous industry accolades including America’s Master-Planned Community of the Year in 2018 by the National Association of Homebuilders.

Ariette at Riverstone includes 125 two-story single-family homes ranging from 1,163 to 1,955 square feet, two to four bedrooms, two to two-and-a-half bathrooms, and one- to two-car garages. Prices start in the mid $300,000s.*


Emery at Riverstone features 96 one- and two-story floor plans ranging from 1,427 to 2,415 square feet and including three to five bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and two-car garages. Prices start in the low $400,000s.*


Artisan at Riverstone comprises 90 one- and two-story single-family homes ranging from 1,622 to 3,243 square feet and including three to five bedrooms, two to four-and-a-half bathrooms, and two- to three-car garages. Prices start in the mid $400,000s.*


Throughout Riverstone, residents can enjoy numerous amenities including a community clubhouse, 115 acres of parks and open spaces, a dog park, hiking and biking trails with scenic outlooks. The Lodge at Riverstone brings neighbors together with its heated swimming pool, spa, cabanas, refreshment bar, fire pits, a state-of-the-art fitness center, demonstration kitchen, and flexible spaces for gatherings and events. The Gear Barn at The Lodge offers residents the opportunity to rent gear for excursions such as kayaking, camping, and fishing.
