Manhattan scored its most expensive home sale last week. A penthouse on Park Avenue, which had been listed at $24,950,000 by Sotheby’s International Realty in January 2026, sold. Located close to Central Park, the triplex condo at 1110 Park Ave. is currently under contract.
According to the Olshan Realty luxury market report for the week ending on Oct. 11, the fall luxury market is showing increased signs of activity: 25 luxury contracts, over $4 million, were signed in Manhattan. The 10-year average for the first two weeks of October is 47 luxury contracts, but 55 have been signed so far this month, proving that the luxury market remains strong in New York City.
